The aim of The International 7-77 Cartoon Competition during the festival is to make children love cartooning and to conribute the development of sensitivity towards humour and to enrich their world. For the competition, 919 cartoons have been drawn and sent for children by the master cartoonists from 72 countries.
The cartoon by DARKO DRLJEVIC has been chosen to receive an award worth 1000 € by
the jury composed of Tan Oral, Peter Nieuwendijk (Hollanda), İzel Rozental, Ercan Akyol, Prof. Dr. Efser Kerimoğlu (Psikiyatrist), Muhammet Şengöz ve Nezih Danyal
