The association » FAMIJA VARSLEISA« holds andorganizes the 18^th Biennial Cartoon Contest & Exhibition » THE ART OF HUMOR ALL OVER THE WORLD«.

1-    the 18^th Biennial Cartoon Contest & Exhibition will take place in Vercelli , during from the 2014 11 mounth to the 26 october.

2-    The works » Free subject« section ( cartoons on subject of great topical intrest and of highest artistic value ) awarded with the “S. Andrea” prize;

The maximum size of the works , made by any technique,shall be cm.24×33.

3-The works shall arrive in Vercelli not later than May 31,2014 and the mail charges shall be at the artist’s expense.On the back of every work there shall be ,clearly written : the author’s full name and address, the title of the work and the technique used. The works shall not be framed.

4-The works coming from abroad shall be only sent by email, in order to avoid a long stop at the costems. They shall be put in strong cardboard rolls or in suitable packages.

5- every artist shall send also a short biographical note.

6-The promoting Organization is authorized to print the works by photo-mechanical means in order to compile a catalogue and to advertise them on the press with the name of the author.

The promoting Organization shall be relieved of any liability or claims, even by a third party, in case of possible loss, damage, tampering or larceny during the various phases of the display,including the mailing period.

7-The special Jury shall decide the arrangement of the Exhibition and shall award the different prizes.

8-The Jury’s judgment shall be final.

Furthermore, the Jury shall assign a certain number of silver medals to other artists’ works worthy of mention.

10-The promoting Organization, besides, will select, according to its own judgment, some works placed among the firs ten.

11-All communications shall be sent in to the Administrative Office of the 18^th Biennial Cartoon Contest & Exhibition “ The Art of Humer all over the world” c/o BRUNI – Viale Torricelli, 37-13100 VERCELLI – ITALY.
